This knowledge building and virtual education program will involve gathering, processing and distributing materials electronically and free of charge. It will provide for centralized access to information and exchange of ideas drawn from different regions of the world. Special attention will be paid to maintaining the diversity of ideas and backgrounds of global democracy activists.

 

 

The target audience for this virtual resource center will consist of current global governance reform activists and organizations as well as the general public. In its full development, it will provide useful resources to organizations world wide to be used in their efforts to build a more democratic world.
